1 cup yogurt
1 1/4 cup of grated cucumber (2 small cucumbers or 1 big cucumber)
1 small garlic clove, mashed
1 tablespoon lemon
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
A sprinkle of pepper
1/2 teasooon dill
1 teaspoon LifeSPRINGS Colloidal Minerals
Grate 1 1/4 cup of cucumber and gently squeeze the excess juice out using a cloth or a paper towel. You can also use a strainer to press some of the juice out. Then put the grated cucumber into a bowl and salt lightly.
Mash a small garlic clove and add it to the bowl. Add the yogurt, lemon, mineral liquid and dill to the bowl and mix together. Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Olive oil can be added on the top of the dip for decoration. Keep up to four days in the fridge.
