Tomato, red onion, basil and bocconcini salad! For everyone that can't get enough of a good old fashioned healthy salad with an added sprinkle of minerals, of course.

Servings:

2-3 servings

Salad ingredients:

250 g. Cherry tomatoes
100 g. Bocconcini
A few slices of red onion

Dressing ingredients:

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
5ml LifeSPRINGS colloidal minerals
A little bit of chopped basil (optional)

Method:

Salad dressing:
Add all the dressing ingredients to a small container and mix together to dissolve the salt. 

Tips:

Add the dressing last minute before serving for a fresher salad. Optionally you garnish with some whole basil leaves on top of your salad.
