3 Breakfast servings
10 Tbsp. Black or white chia seeds
5ml LifeSPRINGS plant derived minerals (per serving)
2 1/2 Cups of oat milk or almond milk
1/2 Cup of coconut milk
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Splash of vanilla paste
Add chia seeds and all the liquids to a bowl and mix with a whish. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and rest at room temperature for about 15 minutes to thicken. Once thickened stir the pudding again and add more liquid if desired. Store the pudding in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours before serving or leave the pudding in the fridge overnight. Add 5ml LifeSPRINGS plant derived to each serving.
Serve with any toppings you like. Berries, fruits, granola or nuts for example.
