Shipping + Returns


Where? We ship within Australia as well as worldwide with Australia Post. The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and how far the parcel has to travel.

When? Orders placed before 10AM ship out on the same day whilst orders placed after 10AM will be shipped the following day. 

How? With standard shipping your package will typically be delivered within 5-8 business days through Australia Post.  Due to Covid-19 delays may occur.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number for your parcel so you can see how your package is travelling.

For those who just cant wait to receive their order, express shipping is available through Australia post and your package will be delivered within 1-3 days.

We are working hard on improving our shipping rates for our customers so that your daily minerals are more readily available to you. 


Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. In that same regard we don’t refund or accept returns for LifeSPRINGS products that are bought in store or through other online retailers.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender.
