Tropical and delicious smoothie with mango, banana, coconut and a sprinkle of LifeSPRINGS plant derived minerals for additional essential nutrients.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mango (or fresh mango with 5 icecubes)
1 Banana
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/4 cup unsweetened coconutmilk
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut

Method:

Add all your ingredients to a blender with a smoothie function and blend until completely smooth. 

Tips:

Dairy free yogurt, soy or almond milk can be added as a substitute for the Greek yogurt.
