2 Cups of frozen blueberries
2 frozen bananas
2 cups of oat milk (or your preferred milk of choice)
5ml LifeSPRINGS plant derived minerals (per serving)


Add blueberries, frozen chopped bananas and oat milk to your smoothie blender and blend until smooth. Add 5ml LifeSPRINGS plant derived to each serving for a more nutritious and fulfilling smoothie.


Your can drink your smoothie plain or you can serve with toppings such as berries, fruits, granola, or nuts to make sure you don’t go hungry.
