Avocado salad with minerals
Simple and quick avocado salad recipe, perfect for a side dish or as a main for one person. Don't forget to add your minerals for more nutritional value!

Salad ingredients:

1 Avocado
1 Cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 Small red onion
1 Tbs. coriander
1/2 Cucumber

Dressing ingredients:

5-10ml LifeSPRINGS colloidal minerals
1/2 Lime juice
1 Tbs. oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt

Method:

Salad dressing:
Add all the dressing ingredients to a container and mix together to dissolve the salt. 

Salad:
Cut your avocado into little pieces and add to a salad bowl. Then slice your cherry tomatoes, dice your red onion, chop your coriander, cut your cucumber and add to the salad bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad right before serving and mix gently.

Tips:

Add the dressing last minute before serving to avoid your avocado getting mushy. Optionally you can save some of the coriander to put on top as garnish.
